William Earl Bethea

William Earl Bethea, 61, of Dunn, departed this life on February 2, 2025.

William leaves to cherish his memories, His loving wife, Hazel McBryde Bethea of the home, five sisters, Deborah Evans, Angela Bethea and Starlette Bethea, of Dunn, North Carolina, Tammy Moore (Curtis)  of Garner, NC and Hilda Ann Holliday of Princeton, NC; three brothers, Flint Bethea (Mary) of Erwin, NC,  Lee Bethea and Bronson Bethea, of Dunn, NC; two aunts, Hettie  McCrae (Charles), Gladys Nichols, of Dunn, North Carolina,  two uncles, Oliver Evans and Garland Evans, Jr (Stella); one bonus daughter, Rosa McKoy of Lillington, NC; two bonus sons, Maurice (Kayla) McBryde (Kayla) of Dunn, North Carolina and  Shawn McBryde of the home, one Sister in-law, Brenda Thompson of Dunn, North Carolina, two brothers-in-law, Alfonza McLean of the home and Arlanda McLean of Lillington, NC,  6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.

A celebration of his life will take place at 1:00 PM, Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Cape Fear "A" Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, NC.

Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.

Public viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the headquarters. 

Services are entrusted to Genesis Mortuary Services of Dunn.
