Patricia Mae (Asbell) Dockery

Patricia Mae Dockery, a resident of Bunnlevel, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on December 12, 1954, in Harnett County, North Carolina, to the late Rogers Asbell and Mary R. Williams Asbell.

Patricia is survived by four daughters, Emily McKoy (Andre) of Lillington, NC, Melanie Cates (Shawn Devine) of Broadway, NC, Latesha Quidachay (Kawika) of Conway, SC, and Angelica McArthur of Bunnlevel, NC; one son, Chester Cates of Bunnlevel, NC; four sisters, Sharlene M. Satchell, Cherrie McLean, Robin McLean, all of Lillington, NC, and Carrie Asbell Talford of Charlotte, NC; three brothers, Jerry Asbell of Lillington, NC, Dennis Williams of Lillington, NC, and Bernes McLean, Jr. of Bunnlevel, NC; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; two aunts, Doris McNeill of Spring Lake, NC, and Polly W. Brooks; and one aunt-in-law, Sarah Williams, both of Bunnlevel, NC; two great-aunts, Annie P. Walker of Bunnlevel, NC, and Minnie S. Walker of Linden, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Faith Tabernacle Holy Church in Linden, North Carolina.

Interment will follow in the William's Family Cemetery.

A viewing and visitation will be held one hour before the service.

Per the family's request, they will receive guests at their residence from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting Monday, August 5, 2024.

Services are entrusted to Genesis Mortuary Services of Dunn.
