Nathan John Franklin Rawls

Nathan John Franklin Rawls, 43 of Erwin, North Carolina passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Nathan was born in Baytown Texas to Michael Wayne Rawls and Marsha Coleman Rawls on July 25, 1981.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wayne and Geraldine Rawls of Gonzales, Texas; maternal grandfather, Chaffin Linwood Coleman of Lillington, NC; father, Michael Wayne Rawls of Lillington, NC; and father-in-law, Dale F. Emilson of Dunn, NC. 

Nathan leaves behind his loving wife, Holly E. Rawls; and son, Eli R. Rawls; his mother, Marsha Coleman Rawls; grandmother, Catherine Coleman of Lillington; siblings, Joshua M. Rawls (Tina), Caleb L. Rawls and Adrienne Pennington, Rachel R. Baucom (Joe),  Grace R. Harvey (Joshua) all of Lillington; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends that love him immensely. 

Service to honor Nathan will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Central Baptist Church, 6050 Plain View Hwy, Dunn, NC. 

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations to help support his wife and young son are welcome and greatly appreciated.
